All eight members of the Polish delegation presented papers at the plenary session and subsequent breakout sessions. It's worth noting that their papers were met with interest and discussed by conference participants. The second part of the conference took place in Ganja, where the participants traveled by train. The next plenary session was held there. This session was opened by dr. Yashar Omarov, Rector of the Azerbaijan Technological University. The conference was held in a hybrid format, allowing some participants to present papers from outside Ganja. For example, dr. Elkhan Sabziev, Director of the Institute of Mathematics, delivered his presentation in this format.
In his report, prof. A. Sładkowski noted Azerbaijan's significant role in the development of the East-West transport corridor. He emphasized that, given global tensions, maintaining stable transport links along the New Silk Road is crucial.

In addition to the fruitful scientific sessions, conference participants established new contacts with colleagues from various countries. In particular, prof. A. Sładkowski held meetings with dr. Elkhan Sabziev, Director of the Institute of Mathematics in Baku, and with dr. Yashar Omarov, Rector of the Azerbaijan Technological University in Ganja. Issues of expanding scientific and pedagogical cooperation, participation in joint conferences, publications, and grants were discussed.
In addition to sharing experiences and gaining new information directly at the conference, participants had the opportunity to learn about Azerbaijan's rich history and culture. The conference organizers did everything possible to facilitate this. For example, conference participants explored the architectural landmarks of Baku, visited the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center, the burning Yanardag Mountain, one of Azerbaijan's most beautiful and largest high-altitude lakes Goygol, the historic Swabian colony in the village of Goygol, the palace of the Sheki Khans, the foothill resort of Gabala, and other attractions.
